As they disembarked from the ferry in Boston, the town of Provincetown, nestled on the ancestral lands of the Wampanoag and Nauset tribes, came into view, promising a week of magic and transformation.

Provincetown, often affectionately called Ptown is a town that has long been a haven for diverse communities. From fishermen and Portuguese immigrants to artists, writers, and LGBTQ+ individuals, the town has always embraced a melting pot of cultures. The family immediately felt a sense of safety and acceptance as they walked hand-in-hand down Commercial Street, something they rarely experienced back home in Indiana.
